Ridgedale Players will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for TOYS FOR TOTS, and non-perishable food items for needy and homeless veterans and their families, in partnership with the Veteran's Counsil 226, during the run of A FEW GOOD MEN. There will be drop boxes for each of thse charities in our lobby. All patrons who donate to BOTH of these charities will have their name entered in a drawing for two free tickets to our next show. I/ACT Urban Arts Seminar: Ridgedale Players Topic: There's No Business Like Show Business Friday - September 18, 2009 Location: Troy Public Library Time: Noon to 1PM
Diane Dillard, Tracy Altman, Peggy Miller-Zelinko & Jim West will discuss the Ridgedale Players theater group which has been in existence for over 70 years, making it one of the oldest community theaters in the state.
This arts-centric, nonprofit group plays an important role in building and sustaining economic vibrancy in the city. Find out how they do it. Please also make sure to check out their website.
