OUR 2008-2009 SEASON

The board of directors has approved the following slate of plays to be presented by Ridgedale Players during the 2008-2009 season:

• The Odd Couple (Sept.)
• Dracula the Musical? (Nov.)
• Proof (Jan.)
• Crazy for You (March)
• Noises Off (May)

HOSPITALITY NEEDS YOU!

We are in deserate need of volunteers to help with hospitality for this season. We request that all active members help at least once for each show. A note about hospitality: Your job doesn't end when the sandwiches are made... during intermission, the crew needs to:

1) Make sure the coffee cup trays are taken out of the cupboards;
2) Two crew members should be standing at the auditorium entrance watching that no one is taking food or drinks inside;
3) And, of course, you need to serve the coffee and sandwiches to our patrons after the show!

LET'S KEEP IT GREEN

The ever-popular Green Room Cafe at the front of our playhouse is in need of a little TLC. We know the room is used for multiple purposes, but let's keep it clean folks. That means picking up after yourself when you're done. We don't want our patrons to see how messy we are, now do we?


KEEPER OF THE CALENDAR

A new position has been created at Ridgedale: the calendar chairperson. This person is responsible for maintaining the calendar of events for the theater. All usage of the theater (meetings, auditions, rehearsals, etc.) must be scheduled with the calendar chair to avoid conflicts. The calendar will be posted on the message board in the kitchen hallway at Ridgedale.
